This property offers a coveted ski-in/ski-out location right at the Mountain Village base, making it extremely convenient for winter sports enthusiasts. Guests praise the short walk to lifts and the proximity to shops and restaurants. However, the experience is mixed due to older, dated building amenities, inconsistent maintenance, and a check-in process that relies entirely on self-service (code entry) without a front desk.
Excellent room, excellent location, few steps from the lift access, or ski in/out. Easy check in/checkout process, however be aware that there is no front desk, so any assitance needed should be by call. Additionally, housekeeping was not included (at least not in my room category, not sure for other units). I stayed for 7 days and i took care of trash myself, made by bed, and i used the same towells and sheet for the period. Although this was not a deal breaker for me, this is somethig that could be improved.
The best location you can get in Park City! 2 mins walk from the lifts, plenty of shops and stores around, whether you are looking for ski rentals or anything else, you’ find it there with great prices and deals. Staff is very friendly and polite. The rooms are quiet, clean and spacious, you literally have everything you need for stay. Plus the bus stop is right in front of the resort, so you can get anywhere in Park City for free.
Amazing stay! The place is THE BEST location. The 3 full bathrooms was SOOO clutch! The loft was perfect for our boys to stay in. Comfortably fit 5 of us. The condo is a little tired, could use a new mattress in the master bedroom and the pull out, and some fresh touches which is why I gave a 4 star on the rooms, but honestly it was clean and nice and perfect for all of us. The kitchnette is TINY, but was able to make breakfast for 5 every morning, the kitchen has most everything you need for the basics. Side note, could use a new whisk, the one there was rusted. The hot water went out in the building and I was able to call and get a hold of someone immediately and they had it working in a few hours. Hot tub was nice. Parking pass was so clutch! The area was safe, our kids ran around the whole time without us. Overall it was a 5 start stay...location can't be beat, room was clean and nice.
I loved the location. We have stayed other places in park city (canyons side) and this was by far the best for location. Sometimes you could hear people setting up or pushing carts outside the window early and the unit itself was loud (lots of sounds from other units and maybe equipment nearby). There are no towel hooks in bathroom. That would be a nice add as well as hooks on the mantle to place wet ski stuff to dry.
The location was amazing. We knowingly paid a higher rate to stay close to the slopes. The condo was a decent rental. It was right above the bus stop and that was loud until the run ended at night. The amenities such as laundry and hotub had issues. All the hot tubs were down and I had to hunt and visit maintenance 2x to get a working washer/dryer. With the high cost of the lodging the "extras" are important for value.Last year I had the same issue with laundry facilities. 4 stars for location due to noisy bus below decks.
Really nice room great location and communication with the staff was very good. The lockers were dated but not bad. It was a pain and neck having to enter a 10 digit code every time you had to get into the building, but we dealt with it. Overall, I would recommend.
This was a fantastic condo! Not only did every kid have their own bed, but we were steps away from the pool, the ice-skating rink, the slopes and nearby Main Street. There was so much to do during the day and a really comfortable condo to come back to in the evening.
We had a wonderful stay at the Lodge at Mtn Village. It is super close to the slopes and there are little shops and some dining, free buses all over town and very friendly people. The only draw back was that the water in the room never got very hot so showers were barely warm enough. I never called the service desk so that's on me. I would for sure recommend this place and will likely go back!
We had a frustrating stay due to a long list of basic maintenance and access issues. Everyone was polite and did their best, but I expect better. First, our door code stopped working repeatedly — we had to request a new code four times during the stay. The building is also poorly labeled and confusing to navigate. Amenities were advertised as convenient, but weren’t. Even though our unit was very close to the sauna/steam room (same floor), it was behind a locked door and not directly accessible. The only way to reach it was to go downstairs, pass through the pool area, then go back up stairs — not accessible or convenient. Because the sauna/steam room are on a timer, this meant walking over to turn them on, waiting about an hour, then trekking back again. It’s no surprise nobody uses them. The outdoor hot tub jets were also out of order. Ski access was similarly frustrating. There was a staircase next to our unit with an exterior door that was convenient for going out, but it was locked from the outside — so you could exit, but returning required a confusing maze of entrances and hallways. Inside the unit, we had a flickering light bulb, a broken garbage disposal, and someone else’s hair in the bathroom at check-in. We also had to call multiple times for trash pickup. On top of that, maintenance entered the unit due to water leaks elsewhere in the building. One more note: management emailed guests asking for 5-star reviews, which made me question how representative the existing ratings are. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again unless these issues are addressed.
The room is cozy. Location is great, short walk to the lift. The down side are... 1. The boiler room is right in front of my window, It was noisy even with the window close. 2. The shower valve control is almost impossible to pull out. It is definitely need to be repaired. 3. Folding bed edges are sticking out too much that creates a trip hazard ;or otherwise, leaving scratches and pumps on your feet. 4. Ski lockers are too far away down in P3.
