3 months agoI went to the spa to take a break from skiing. The spa let me drop off some items before my ski day so that I would have them for and after my services which was very convenient. The massage spa rooms are beautiful and overlook over the mountain. My masseuse, Christine, was lovely and gave me a great massage. In the spa area, there is a sauna steam room, Jacuzzi and a cold shower for you to do some hot and cold therapy before or after your service. The entire area is extremely clean and has a calming, luxurious vibe. I was there for many hours and it was not busy at all, which was nice to have some alone time and feel that I had privacy. The Women’s lounge had comfortable chairs with blankets to relax in and little snacks to enjoy like almonds, truffles, tea and flavored water. The only part that was a little lacking was in the vanity area. There was not a place to sit down and they did not have a blow dryer. They were less supplies (lotion, q-tips, etc.) in the vanity area than other spas that I’ve been to. The prices are high, but that’s what you’d expect for Deer Valley and if you stay and enjoy the spa for hours like I did, you get your money’s worth!

3 months agoThe accounting dept of this admittedly high end Hotel is ran by an incompetent buffoon (specifically a rude woman who proudly and condescendingly identified herself as Audrey Garcia, who likes to hang up on clients after challenging them to leave negative reviews blah blah blah…). Via an accounting “error” she charged my card (provided at check-in for incidentals only, after our company pre-paid for roughly 30 rooms) $949 and has refused to refund or provide any resemblance of an explanation as to what the charge was possibly for. I’d never trust this origination again, despite the Hotel being a rather nice venue all in all.

From the moment we arrived, the service was top notch — warm, polished, and genuinely thoughtful. Every single staff member made us feel like VIPs without it ever feeling forced. It’s rare to find hospitality that’s both refined and heartfelt, but they’ve mastered it here. The property itself is stunning. The mountain views are breathtaking, the rooms are spacious and luxurious, and every detail feels intentional — from the cozy fireplaces to the plush bedding and impeccable cleanliness. You can feel the quality in everything. What truly sets this place apart is the consistency. Housekeeping, valet, concierge, dining — every interaction was seamless. The team anticipates your needs before you even have to ask. It’s undeniable: this is world-class service. Whether you’re there to ski, relax at the spa, or just soak in the beauty of Deer Valley, this is the place to do it. An unforgettable experience from start to finish. I’ll absolutely be back.

From the moment we arrived, the level of luxury, comfort, and attention to detail made this feel like a true 5?star retreat. The ski?in/ski?out location was a dream — effortless access to world?class terrain and breathtaking mountain views right outside our door. The resort itself is beautifully designed with rich, alpine?inspired spaces, warm fireplaces, and elegant yet cozy rooms that made every moment feel special. The spa is a highlight — a serene, alpine oasis with indoor and outdoor pools, steam rooms, saunas, and panoramic views that set the perfect tone for relaxation. 4 months agoGreat experience at the spa! Spent the afternoon there using the gym, sauna and steam room before my facial. The robes were amazing, room was peaceful and the esthetician was so knowledgeable and felt like my skin was glowing afterwards???

4 months agoWow!!! Amazing! Great customer service! Beautiful rooms, well maintained, super clean! Amazing food too! In/out skiing available. They do not rent ski pants, googles, nor jackets. They do rent helmets and boots. Great resort with a great kids club!

5 months agoOverall it is a nice place but spending 15k for 5 nights you'd expect most things to be great. Below are a few issues: 1) The lack of snow-in/snow-out should have been brought to our attention and we should have been given the option to cancel. This was the main reason we had stayed at Montage. That alone should warrant a major discount. 2) On 2 different days we asked for our room to be serviced, but when we came back to our room hours later it still wasn't completed. 3) There were a few issues on our final bill which we brought to the attention of the front desk. They credited those items but then said they made a mistake and had discounted something too much originally so in the end we paid an additional $740. If we had said nothing I would have actually saved money. 4) The final bill had multiple issues which took more than an hour to have resolved. 5) The shuttle service at Snow Park was not there on time and my wife missed our lunch reservation which we had paid a deposit for.

6 months agoMy family and I just got home from Montage DV for Thanksgiving. From the moment we arrived, the front drive and front desk staff were so welcoming and friendly to my three young kids. Everyone was so friendly, but Sean in particular was extra nice and helpful to our family. The hotel set up a tent in the room to add some magic to our trip. The property had a merit badge system for various activities that my kids were obsessed with. S’mores every evening was a hit. The restaurant was perfect with an arcade adjacent to the more casual dining area where our kids would eat and dash over to play, allowing my wife and I to enjoy each other’s company. This hotel is perfect for families and kids will be welcome here with open arms. We loved every minute of our Thanksgiving stay, and plan to come back again next year. Thank you Montage Deer Valley!

6 months agoStayed here last December and it was lovely! The Christmas lights and decorations made it a magical experience. The spa was great and the hotel had plenty to do (hot chocolate and marshmallows outside, bowling, good food). The breakfast buffet was filling. One of my favorite Utah hotels!

6 months agoMy wife and I stayed at Montage Deer Valley for a weekend getaway. We were hoping to just relax, but ended up working from the room most of the time. Even so, everything about our stay was great. We ordered In-Room Dining a few times, two dinners and one breakfast. Both dinners were served by Isra, who was super friendly, very attentive, and great to talk to. We asked him for some local restaurant tips and he gave us awesome recommendations for Mexican food on Main Street. Breakfast was served by Lyz, who was also amazing, really kind and professional. The Front Desk team was always helpful, and Housekeeping did a fantastic job too. Even though we didn’t get to explore much because of work, the service and the people here made our weekend perfect. We’d definitely stay here again!
