Guests consistently praise the prime location in Park City near ski lifts, friendly and attentive staff performance, and family-friendly suites. However, experiences are heavily polarized, with many recent guests reporting significant issues regarding cleanliness, unclosed windows/mold odors, maintenance failures (fireplaces, elevators, A/C), and allegations of questionable security deposit charges.
I rented a room at this property and had a very stressful experience. After falling behind on rent due to medical and financial hardship, I was told to vacate without receiving a formal written notice. I surrendered the keys on December 13, but my move-out paperwork later reflected a different date. I also did not receive a timely itemized statement explaining how my security deposit was applied. The lack of clear communication and formal documentation made an already difficult situation much more stressful. I would strongly recommend that future renters make sure they fully understand the lease terms, deposit structure, and eviction procedures before signing.
?????????? Silverado Lodge was a fantastic stay from start to finish. The property is clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it easy to relax and feel at home. Morgan and Nathan at the front desk provided exceptional customer service - friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our stay. They were always helpful and made everything feel seamless and welcoming. The atmosphere was peaceful, the accommodations were well appointed, and everything we needed was readily available. We truly enjoyed our time and would absolutely recommend Silverado Lodge. We would happily stay again.
First time was a good time! We stayed in a condo style room--kitchen, large living room, large balcony over looking the lifts, queen bed, 2 full bathrooms- we LOVED it. Other things to note, all amenities worked well! Pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room. Gym not great, but it is something! Good, central location. Great to walk to eat, drink, snowboard etc.. easy shuttle to bus to main street. Excited to come back!
Terribly unclean. Disgusted in the state of the furnishings in our room. The rugs and cushions are stained and absolutely filthy. I don’t think the floors have ever been mopped. I felt terribly unclean the whole stay. The fireplace filled one of the rooms with a gas smell (extremely dangerous) and we couldn’t get a hold of anyone to come and take a look. Had to turn the gas line off ourselves. Absolutely do not recommend.
We had a beautiful suite with GREAT staff and service! Underground parking was so nice. Everyone was really friendly and attentive. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
We decided to spend a night after Thanksgiving with our family. Best decision we ever made. We absolutely loved the hot tub, pool and sauna. Played games and had three awesome rooms for our family. It was a blast. We will be back.
We stayed here for our anniversary & were extremely happy with our visit! The rooms are very clean (coming from a clean freak) and the views from the rooms are beautiful. They also left us a bottle of cider & a card which we didn’t even ask for! Sweet staff & a great hotel all around.
Great smaller type resort. No front desk service after 5 or 6pm. Connecting rooms so some may be louder than others. Great pool, hot tub, gym and steam room. Suana wasn't working. Good underground parking.
My wife stayed here as a staycation in October. She stayed in a one story condo. You can rent various sized rooms (A,B, and C) she rented AB. They had a cool patio with chairs and pool adjacent to the room. The pool was loud until 10p when they closed it down. The bed was comfortable and the fireplaces were awesome and put out quite a bit of heat. There was plenty of storage space through both units (A+B), the check in process was a bit strange as they have various front desks, depending on when you check in. The location is amazing as it’s part of the Park City Ski base. The bedsheets, carpet and towels had stains (hence the four stars) so maintenance could definitely be improved. The parking lots were dark as were walkways, so safety was a concern. Be careful if you are going to be out after dark. She would stay here again!
We stayed for one night only and had a great time overall. It was off-season and we got a great price for a two bedroom, 3 bathroom suite. It was perfect for the family of 5. We didn’t really have any issues during our stay - the suite was spacious with full size kitchen. We were excited about the pool, but unfortunately it was probably the biggest disappointment (hence 4 stars). It was very small and the area was not well kept. There were very few loungers, mostly chairs, all kind of dingy and weathered. The pool area was just concrete surrounded by a fence. So much potential but little effort. Suite-wise, my only suggestion would be better TVs and streaming services (or casting options). Nobody watches cable TV. Lastly, common areas were ok, a bit under-utilized. Some grills and fire pits but nobody was using them. There is a game room in the basement but everything is paid. Overall, we would stay again, especially for the price.
