Policies

Deposit

All reservations booked within 10 nights of arrival require payment in full at the time of booking. Other reservations booked; The security deposit is due upon booking, and the remaining balance is due 6 weeks (8 weeks for lakefront units) before the arrival date.

Each house also has a specific deposit amount ranging between $250 to $750.

Cancellation

If a renter cancels before the 6-week final due date, it is only a $50 cancellation fee. If the renter cancels after the 6 or 8-week final due date, they are subject to forfeit the full rent and tax plus the $50 cancellation fee; the cleaning fee and security deposit would be returned. If we can rebook the unit, then the renter will be refunded the portion of the rent and tax that we were able to rebook.
