Thank you to everyone here for being so friendly and providing the best possible service. We felt so taken care of the entire time and everyone is so genuinely nice. It truly feels like you’re staying at a friend’s (very chic) house while you’re here. The location is perfect and the decor is lovely. We skiied deer valley and the short ride was easy. Their ski room made it really easy to store our ski things and they provided snacks and handwarmers. We started the day with complimentary lattes in bed followed by unbelievable (and included) breakfast and we ended each night with yummy homemade cookies by the fireplace. Can’t recommend enough!

This is my 3rd stay at WSH (2 summer, 1 winter) and will never go anywhere else in Park City. Our stays have been across about a 3-4 year period and this place hasn’t lost anything and has only improved. Their team will plan anything you want, give recommendations, schedule skis to be delivered for you, drive you to the Canyons, or Deer Valley and best of all it’s not in a massive shuttle like the big resorts. You’re a stone’s throw from Main Street (one block off) where every great restaurant and shop is. Breakfast and cocktails are included and they arguably have the best food in all of Park City. Gabe and Austin in particular helped us a ton with scheduling and information about our stay. We never have to lift a finger or think about anything when we stay here. They also will wow you throughout your stay (you’ll have to stay to find out). I hesitate in writing this review because this may cause them to have less availability and prices to increase for my future stays. Anyways, this place is great and I can’t recommend it enough.

There aren’t enough accolades to describe how great this hotel and staff are. Every detail is anticipated and taken care of. The breakfasts and room gifts were probably our favorite parts, but it was all above and beyond expectations. The hot tub and pool were serene and perfect. The location in town was easy to shop and eat, and we could walk to hiking as well. , The customer service was the BEST. I will recommend this gem to anyone who will listen. Thank you for making our trip so special.

When in Park City, stay at the Washington School House! You are steps away from downtown restaurants, shops & galleries, while tucked inside a quaint neighborhood. Ryan & his team (Paige, Austin, Gabe, Kase, Kim, Pilar, Lexi & Maria) took exceptional care of us. Caleb’s breakfasts were hearty & delicious, sustaining us until happy hour in front of the fire, a daily highlight. As cozy as the accommodations are (the beds & linens are incredibly comfortable), the attention to detail throughout your stay is second to none. Everything at the WSH is intentional from the decor, to the way in which the staff treats you- from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave. This team is genuinely warm & professional. They never miss a beat & have thought of everything-simply making you want to return again soon.

Fabulous stay. Treated like royalty. White glove service from start to finish unlike we have ever experienced. Spoiled with free champagne and wine, great appetizers from3-5 and the spectacular free gourmet breakfasts. We needed a ride and they offered us one at no cost. If only all the hotels were like this, it would be heaven on earth… we felt like we were going to visit a close friend.

We had the absolute pleasure of hosting our wedding at the Washington School House Hotel in Park City, Utah, and it was nothing short of perfect. The venue itself is stunning—an elegantly restored historic schoolhouse that blends classic charm with modern luxury. The intimate setting was ideal for our celebration, offering a cozy yet upscale atmosphere that made our day feel truly special. A huge highlight was Ryan Frye, who somehow manages to wear every hat—chef, hotel manager, coordinator, security—and does it all flawlessly. His food was incredible, creative, and tailored perfectly to our event, and his leadership ensured everything ran seamlessly from start to finish. The rest of the staff was just as exceptional: warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our experience unforgettable. The location right off Main Street couldn’t be better. Our guests loved being able to step right out into the heart of Main Street while still enjoying the private, tucked-away feel of the hotel. The design and décor inside are breathtaking, from the beautifully appointed rooms to the chic common areas and the outdoor pool terrace with mountain views. We truly can’t recommend the Washington School House enough. Whether you’re planning a wedding, a special celebration, or just looking for a luxurious getaway, this hotel offers an unmatched combination of venue, setting, and service. Our expectations were exceeded in every way.

One of the the best ski resort hotel stay and overall great experience, a boutique hotel with the perfect location and really great and attentive service from all the staff, I would come back here anytime. If you want to enjoy both the town and the mountain in great comfort this is the place to stay, walking distance from both the good Main Street spots and the ski lift.

Amazing boutique hotel. We had a fantastic stay for three nights enjoying the hot tub with a drink a couple times in the snow, the wonderful breakfast each morning, and a delicious 10 course tasting menu. The free and easy rides from staff to nearby ski resorts were a welcomed bonus. The best part however was the excellent service we received from the friendly staff. Paige was a standout (give her a raise!) and Becky, Cole, and Austin all did a great job making us comfortable during our stay. Ryan Frye (GM & executive chef) treated us like all-stars and cooked an amazing 10 course dinner.

Rarely, do I stay in a hotel that exceeds my expectations. The Washington School House Hotel exceeded my expectations in all areas. First, the location is about a 2 mins walk to the Main St in downtown Park City. Before checking in they helped us line up dining reservations, recommended a great ski rental company and set up some wonderful in-room deserts to celebrate Valentine’s Day. A big surprise was just how good their breakfast is from the homemade pastries to the full menu as well as their daily special smoothies and food items. Their after ski food was really good especially the homemade cookies. Then after ski drinks and almost all evening the margaritas, tequila, champagne and beer were all free. Nice deal for sure. Fantastic pool and hot tub. Rooms are clean and great bathroom amenities. The best part of the hotel was that the staff level of service put the Ritz Carlton to shame. From the managers, to the wait staff and cleaning people. Top notch in every way. Since the hotel only has 12 rooms, you got to know everyone staying over the weekend during meals, drinks and at the pool even in the winter. Made for a communal feel talking to folks from all over the country. Definitely coming back here to ski and check out the Summer season.
