Club Wyndham Park City consistently receives positive reviews, praised for its excellent location near ski lifts and attractions, comfortable accommodations, and friendly staff. While some guests have encountered minor issues like parking fees and aggressive sales pitches, the overall experience is overwhelmingly positive and highly recommended, particularly during the summer or winter seasons.
It was so beautiful place and the staff was awesome. They gave us a lot of suggestions of places to go visit. Our room was so gorgeous! We love it! Great place to take your family!
I am so glad that we chose to stay at this hotel. I am very impressed by its accommodations, amenities, and staff. When we arrived we found out they had provided us a free upgrade to a 2-bed, 2-bath condo. This was a perfect room with tons of space and a fully equipped kitchen—mugs, plates, silverware, everything. I loved the fireplace. We loved the heated pool and could swim even in cold outside temperatures. Loved the hot tub. And the free hot chocolate. If you take the shuttle do be advised that the driver will not stop to pick you up unless you are standing Right at the bus stop sign. My son and I were only a few feet away and, lo and behold, he didn’t stop for us. Xander in reception was the most welcoming and gracious. Bri was very kind as well. Five stars to this property.
Location is great and service was good. Rooms are spacious amd well appointed. Master shower flor tile had a gloss glaze that made it very slippery. Be careful.
Such a beautiful place and fun area! The resort was great, clean, roomy and convenient. It was in a great location for visiting all of Park City and only 30 minutes from Salt Lake City. We went to the Natural History museum in Salt Lake City, but otherwise stayed in Park City. There’s so much to do and to see. We were there in late September so the Fall colors on the hillsides were gorgeous!! I know it’s a great ski area too and club Wyndham has a ski lift right next to it plus several close by. The Fall is also a wonderful time to visit and explore the area.
Wonderful Resort — Just Skip the “Membership Update” My wife and I visited Wyndham Park City for the first time in early October and absolutely loved it. From the moment we checked in, Stephen and Vincent were incredibly welcoming and helpful—they set a great tone for our stay. The Good: This resort is fantastic—clean, modern, and well cared for. The saltwater hot tub is an outstanding feature, and the pool area and recreation options are excellent. My wife especially appreciated the coffee bar with its selection of fancy coffees. And whoever came up with the solo cup dispenser at the pool entrance deserves an award—simple idea, but so convenient! Every Wyndham should do this. The Bad: This was our first Wyndham stay that charged for parking. While the staff graciously waived the fee, it was disappointing to see a charge like that added for owners. We bought in nearly 25 years ago, and parking was always part of the deal. It feels a little like nickel-and-diming loyal guests—not a good look, Wyndham. The Ugly: We made the mistake of agreeing to a “Membership Update Meeting,” which was supposed to help us better understand our points. In reality, it was a sales pitch. We were told we could “use our points more effectively” if we invested another $20,000–$30,000 to reach a new level. And the young salesman kept mentioning that he “usually works with million-point owners” and wasn’t sure why he was meeting with us “low point holders.” Charming!!! Overall: Despite that experience, we had a great stay and would happily return—largely thanks to Stephen, Vincent, and the top-notch facilities. Additionally, the young gal who was working early morning on October 6, 2025 was wonderful as well. Didn't catch her name but her Mom had a Husky dog, like us. : ) We highly recommend Wyndham Park City as a destination… just skip the membership meeting and the young, cocky salesmen. Enjoy your vacation!
Always a pleasant experience. Great views from the room. Pool never seemed crowded. Work out room was accommodating. Parking was tight but we were always able to get a spot. Beds were comfy with plenty of pillows.
Beautiful hotel! Rooms were beyond clean, friendly staff, great location! Easy to get in and out of the parking, pool was always clean and felt amazing. Overall 10/10!
Summer in Park City. What an absolute dream vacation. The weather was perfect. The surroundings are beautiful. It was clean and comfortable and the staff was amazing. We parked in the garage and was able to charge our electric car which was so convenient. We are hoping to return every summer and make this resort a family tradition.
This was our first time using our vacation membership. The first room we had did not have a functional air conditioner. After having several people come look at the unit, we ended up having to sleep with the windows open to cool off our unit. The next day they moved us to a different room. I liked this room better because it was upper level with mountain views. Now I know to always check the air conditioner before settling in, and ask for an upper level room when checking in at this site. Also, when we checked in the staff made it seem like we were required to attend a member meeting our first day there. We later learned that this is not required and will not be wasting our time during future vacations.
My family spent a week during the down season. It was absolutely beautiful, relaxing, and a great experience. The staff was beyond helpful and friendly and the rooms were clean and nice. The pool was wonderful and warm. We all enjoyed it even though the weather was not great. It was all around a great experience, and I would highly recommend this location to anyone traveling through Park City.
