The worst staff, they are laying every second words, the guys from the empire office are the worst property management

Great condo & location!

Great place to stay, excellent location. The only thing needing to be changed is should have a larger TV. Much too small

We've been skiing Deer Valley for the last 15 years. Incredible experience and the most attentive, competent, pleasant staff compared to any other ski destination...EXCEPT for the front desk staff that we recently communicated with. Booked a reservation for one of their penthouse units directly with the owner. Every year we ship a package to our unit to minimize the headache of taking certain provisions through travel/airplane. We've NEVER had an issue in previous years regardless of who we booked through (directly with the property or through the property owner). Front desk personnel literally just told us next time we should have booked directly with them rather than "save a few bucks" by booking directly. As a result, she was unwilling to accept a package/shipment on our behalf. Unbelievable. To the management of Shooting Star, you might want to rethink the training and advice you impart w/your employees! You guys should always be thinking of elevating the guest experience and NOT THIER BLOOD PRESSURE!!

Excellent ski-in,ski-out accommodations in Deer Valley, conveniently located off Silver Strike Express lift. We stayed in a 3 bedroom condo and it was superb. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Everything was perfect, no detail overlooked. When we arrived there was staff at the garage door to ensure we could get in, and helped unload our car. Upon arriving to our condo the fire was on as was the local news/weather on the tv....this was a nice touch! We enjoyed the hot tubs and the ski lockers of course, as well as the shuttle service on-call throughout Deer Valley and Park City.

Very convenient ski in/ski out location, the lift it opens up to is probably the least crowded in all of Deer Valley
