This modern luxury property offers a prime ski-in/ski-out location alongside stunning rooftop amenities, consistently praised for its spacious, well-appointed suites and exceptionally friendly staff.
Lovely setting and ski in ski out convenience but too loud. The worst part is that they blast music all day so you can’t relax after your ski day. We were tired and wanted to take a nap but it’s impossible to fall asleep with the thumping bass. Feels like a Vegas hotel. The price is not worth paying to not be able to rest comfortably in the hotel. For a newly built five star hotel trying to compete with Deer Valley, why didn’t they build sound proof rooms?
We recently held our wedding at Pendry Park City, and we are still buzzing from the perfection of the entire experience. If you are looking for a venue that combines modern luxury with world-class service, look no further. The Venue: The Pendry itself is breathtaking. The design is sleek yet cozy, providing the perfect mountain-chic backdrop for our photos. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the stunning views, and the seamless flow of the event spaces. The Planning Experience: Sarah is a Rockstar! While the hotel is beautiful, the real magic happened behind the scenes. Sarah, the Director of Meetings & Events, was absolutely incredible. We worked with her for over a year, and she made what could have been a stressful process feel like a breeze. Attention to Detail: Sarah didn't miss a single beat. She listened to our vision and executed it flawlessly. Expert Guidance: Her institutional knowledge of the property and her professional "can-do" attitude gave us total peace of mind. Personal Touch: She truly cared about making our day special, and it showed in every email, meeting, and final touches such as welcome wedding champagne and treats in our room. Overall, our wedding was everything we hoped for and more, largely thanks to the stellar team at Pendry and Sarah’s expert leadership. We can’t recommend this venue—and Sarah—highly enough to any couple looking to get married in Park City.
We were very disappointed with our recent stay at Pendry. This is not about the cost, but about the value and overall experience provided. To begin, my last name was misspelled throughout our stay despite informing multiple staff members, and it was never corrected. Upon arrival, we did not feel particularly welcomed or celebrated. I have experienced warmer and more personable greetings at far less luxurious resorts. We were asked whether we were celebrating anything, and I shared that we were there for my partner’s birthday and Valentine’s Day. However, there was no acknowledgment afterward — not even a simple card. I do not expect gifts or special treatment, but if guests are asked about their occasion, it creates a reasonable expectation that it may be acknowledged in some small way. Service inconsistencies continued during our stay. When we asked about amenity hours, the front desk staff were unsure and needed to check. Given the relatively limited number of amenities, I would expect staff to be well informed. Our initial room was great until we discovered the oven was not working, which delayed our dinner plans and forced us to move rooms nearly two hours later. While a dining credit was provided, at nearly $3,000 per night I believe rooms should be routinely checked to ensure appliances are fully functional before guest arrival. We also had to firmly insist on receiving a room of equal value, rather than this being offered proactively when the inconvenience occurred. Unfortunately, the replacement room also had several issues: the humidifier was not working, the living room TV casting function failed, and the couch had noticeable pet hair that transferred onto our clothes. By that point it was around 10 p.m., and we simply chose not to raise further complaints so we could enjoy the remainder of our stay. However, after the first room issue, it would have been reasonable to expect the second room to be thoroughly checked beforehand. We were also given a Valentine’s Day event schedule that included a scavenger hunt activity, yet when we inquired about it, no staff members seemed aware of it and the activity never took place even though we did receive a book as a price, this again suggested a lack of coordination regarding information shared with guests. While most staff members were polite, many interactions lacked the warmth and attentiveness expected at a luxury property. Trip stood out as exceptionally positive and engaging, and Garrett was courteous while assisting with our room transfer. However, even at checkout, when we were asked how our stay had been and I replied it was “okay,” there was no follow-up or interest in understanding what could have been improved — a missed opportunity to demonstrate genuine hospitality. In closing, while I understand the resort is primarily focused on winter activities, several aspects of our experience felt inconsistent with the premium positioning and pricing of Pendry. At this level, guest experience should feel seamless, thoughtful, and welcoming from arrival to departure. Unfortunately, ours did not, and we will not be returning. I hope this feedback helps improve future guest experiences.
They blast music all day and into the evening. Not sure why I need to experience a club in my hotel room. Fine if you want that vibe. Would be better if they were able to contain all that noise in the common space. Given the cost of the room, I’m pissed. I won’t book here again.
I’m so glad we ended up staying at The Pendry for our girls trip. The location truly can’t be beat — you can practically touch the gondola from the hotel. We stayed in a one-bedroom residence, and it was incredibly spacious and cozy. We honestly never wanted to leave. Lastly, I have to call out the team at The Pendry. From the valet and front desk to the restaurant staff, everyone was so friendly and genuinely helpful — it really elevated the entire experience.
The rooms are great, and overall service was very good. We were told there were no upgrades available due to full capacity, which is completely understandable. However, it would have been appreciated if the hotel had checked with us before placing couples next to the loud pool party area. My rating is mainly affected by the noise from the pool and the rushed feeling at breakfast due to staff. Otherwise, the rooms and service were excellent.
Luke at the front desk was awesome! Super kind, welcoming, and just genuinely helpful from the moment we checked in. He really impressed us and made our stay feel special. Little things he did made a big difference, and because of him, this trip was truly memorable.
We are finishing up our stay at the Pendry and I have to leave a review for this property and staff. Everything was fantastic from the location, dining options, activities for guests and especially the staff. Their attention to detail was wonderful and added to our great experience. There were nice activities for guests and while the weather wasn’t great for skiing the staff made sure we were well taken care of and made the experience as nice and accommodating as possible. Special shout out to housekeeping for tidying up the rooms multiple times daily and ensuring we came back to great comfort. And shoutout to Bryson who went out of his way to take us into town when the shuttle was full and go above and beyond for us. Bryson you really were the cherry on top of an already great stay. The Pendry deserves all 5 of their starts?? THANK YOU!
We stayed at the Pendry Park City from November 28–30 for two nights, and it set a completely unreasonable standard for future hotel stays. We originally booked a regular two-bed room. Before arriving, I called the hotel just to confirm the reservation because I thought I might have messed something up. After speaking with the front desk, I was transferred to Emma from concierge, who was genuinely wonderful. She walked me through all the events happening that weekend like the Christmas tree lighting, hot chocolate, gondola opening, and s’mores. It felt helpful, not scripted. Later that night, I received an email letting us know we had been complimentary upgraded to a two-bedroom residence. That alone would have made the trip, but then we actually saw the room. The residence was absolutely incredible. Easily the nicest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. Spacious, spotless, beautifully designed, and clearly thought through down to the smallest details. It felt more like a luxury apartment than a hotel room. What really separates the Pendry from other high-end hotels is the staff. Every single interaction felt genuine. Concierge Emma and Spencer were outstanding. Emma was kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. Spencer had a great energy and explained transportation options so clearly that it removed all guesswork. At the front desk, Kelsey and Diana were both welcoming, professional, and just very pleasant to deal with. Henry from transport deserves a shout-out for returning my sunglasses after I left them behind, without me even realizing they were missing yet. One moment that really stood out was when it was snowing and we were trying to take a family selfie. Reagan noticed us struggling, walked outside into the snow, and offered to take our photo. Totally unprompted and incredibly thoughtful. The location is perfect. Central, easy access to everything, and plenty of food options nearby. Another unexpected and very appreciated surprise happened when we returned from the gondola and found a staff member at our door with a charcuterie board sent by the front desk. Completely unnecessary. Completely memorable. Nothing went wrong during our stay. Not a single thing. The Pendry is doing luxury hospitality exactly right, without feeling stiff or pretentious. I would recommend it without hesitation to anyone visiting Park City.
My girlfriend and I stayed at the Pendry in Park City for a one night "stay-cation" (8-9 November, 2025) through our Amex Fine Hotel & Resorts Benefits we have with our credit card. After it was all said and done we only paid $31.59 out of pocket for the room after our $300 credit through AMEX. The hotel is located in a great area of the Canyons Village Side of Park City Mountain Resort. The Pendry is an easy 5 minute walk from the main door to the new 10 men Sunrise Gondola, thus making this hotel a game changer as a ski in / ski out facility. Upon checking in, we were upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite with: full equipped kitchen, living room, laundry closet, master bedroom with bathroom, and 2 balconies. Our suite was very well furnished, with a touch of "classical modernism". Once we opened our door we were welcomed with chocolate dipped strawberries and a card for our anniversary. Since we had a $100 dinning credit we ate at the Après Pendry. We had burgers and fries, but unfortunately they werent the best burgers and the fries were luckwarm to cold. The dinning area was very clean and nicely decorated. We chalked up the not so great burger/fries due to being on the shoulder season prior to the begining of the ski season. We wanted to go to Kita (Japanese Cusine) while there but they were not open until the ski season begins. We had an $80 breakfast credit but never used it due to continuing to recover from jet lag from our vacation two days prior. The Pendry is compose of 3 major buildings, all connected via bridges from each other. If you are staying in building 3 it's best to just go across the courtyard and enter through their side door. Buidling 2 has the pool bar and pool on the top floor and the gym and spa on the subfloors. The gym is pretty big and well equipped with great ventilation. Its very easy to go from Building 1 to Building 2 via elevators. From Building 1 to 3 via elevators and bridges is actually longer and not as convenient. I would recommend this hotel to anyone: wanting a ski in / ski out experience, not wanting to drive to and from the ski resort, not wanting to rent a car, wanting a ski village with plenty of places to eat, and access to the free bus to areas in Park City.
